What You Seek is Seeking You

Oil and Acrylic on Canvas | 48” x 60” | 2024

This painting was inspired by an oddities exhibition I visited, filled with taxidermy and unusual objects that most might find strange, but to me felt strangely comforting. I’ve always been drawn to the things that sit a little outside the ordinary, finding beauty where others may see only the unusual. This piece reflects that perspective—a celebration of curiosity, individuality, and the sense of belonging found in unlikely places. It’s also the largest painting I’ve ever created, a personal milestone in both scale and expression.
